Since Update to 22.2.77.2204+ the newest File always alert to the last Value There is no File in the Folder.

I would suggest that you open a support ticket for this issue. You can do that by sending us a email at support@paessler.com. When opening the ticket, please include some screenshots of the affected sensor (Overview, Log, and Settings tab).
