I have uploaded Private Key, Signed Certificate per PRTG instruction but still getting SSL error. Is there tech support number that I can contact to get some help?

I understand that you are having issues with importing the certificate to PRTG, correct?
- Did you use the Cert Importer tool to upload the certificate? https://www.paessler.com/tools/certificateimporter

If the problem persists you can create submit a ticket from PRTG web server by using the "Contact Support" ribbon on the lower right side corner or by sending an email to support@paessler.com
