Hello,
My feature request for PRTG Network Monitor is to make the .evl files where traps and syslog messages are stored readable using a program like excel or notepad++ or some other sort of program.
Having readable access to the syslog or trap databases is a must for setting up a modern monitoring system and integrating it into the existing IT infrastructure.
The reason for this request is because traps and syslog messages need to be monitored as a whole, not just per device, by the first level support team. This is usually done by integrating it into a monitoring software, but it is not possible if those files are not readable.
