I am not able to add RMON sensor on CISCO device to PRTG

Hi Paessler support, I am not able to add RMON sensor on CISCO device to PRTG. Status is under RMON Specific showing "No Ports available" even though I have RMON configured on my CISCO device. Hope Paessler can help me, Thanks!

please check with the SNMP Tester, using the "Walk" option, to walk this OID:

1.3.6.1.2.1.16.1.1.1
