Tree Map Object Uniform Box Size

Is there anyway to force all the boxes in the tree map to be the same size. We want to make this map public but want things to look nice. I have tried manipulating the overall size to find a "sweet spot" where these are all the same size and haven't got there. There also appears to be no setting for this either.
