Hello, I just upgraded our PRTG installation to 22.2.77.2204+ And from now, some of the HTTPS sensors we had configured to monitor HTTPS URLs (pointing to a NON-self-signed cert) show as down with this error:
Error connecting with SSL. Error connecting with SSL. error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure
Before the upgrade, these sensors Showed Up. The sensors are standard HTTP sensors.
At the same time other similar sensors for monitoring the other HTTPS URL work as usual.
How can we resolve this issue? Thank you.

Hi, We have a sensor reporting the same error which used to work before the latest update. Looking forward to the next release to resolve :) Thanks, Andrew

Hello there
It seems like there are some problems with the cloud-based sensors on this version. Our developers are working flat out on this.
These corrections are scheduled for version .78, the next stable release.
You can open a ticket making reference to this KB so that you get notified when the new version is released.
Unfortunately, we don't have a new ETA here yet.
Thanks for your patience!
