I am having issues connecting PRTG to use Webhook on Google Chat.

Is there someone who can help me with the step-by-step procedure on how to do this since PRTG does not

support XML or JSON.

Right now it's unfortunately not yet comfortably possible to integrate Google Chat as a proper recipient system of PRTG notifications, but there should be a theoretical option for making this work though.

PRTG currently offers notifications to MS Teams and Slack. For Google Chat you will need to create a Webhook and some extensive customizing. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a lot of customer requests regarding Google Chat yet, so we can't rely on other approaches here.
