PRTG maps administrator users able to view maps with color, read only users not able to view color on maps

Hi Tito,

I'm not sure which colors you are referring to. Do you mean that read-only users can't see all sensors? If the map requires a login you will need to check the Security Context in the settings of your Map.

Security Context only picking users not groups, I would like to place user group with read only rights to view status of sensors on maps

Hi Tito,

if the users has access to the sensors (read or write), they can check the sensors also on a map. Maps can only show objects, for example devices and sensors, that the users have the rights to view.

Hi Felix,

Thank you for this .The read only users have access to the sensors and objects but can not view the object or sensor status whether the link is up (Green) or down (Red)
