Hello, I created a new PRTG instance on a VM and when I ran the installation setup I believe I entered my my admin email instead of my service email. This has resulted in my email being locked constantly. How can I change this?

Hi there,

You can change the email address associated to the 'prtgadmin' user account within the PRTG Administration Tool on the PRTG Core Server.
Open the PRTG Administration Tool and switch to the Administrator tab.
By default, PRTG sends notifications and important messages to this address.
