How To Fix Factory Sensor Can't Get Uptime and Downtime Stats In PRTG

Hello Paessler Teams,

I've got a problem when collecting historical data in sensor factory, that can't show value of uptime and downtime stats. it only shows (?) for value of uptime and downtime stats. please kindly help
