Define primary channel in custom sensor

Hello, I have created a custom sensor as explained here https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/custom_sensors#advanced_sensors

If the custom sensor returns multiple channels, how can I define the primary channel (preferred in xml)? And how does PRTG select the default channel by default? Is it always the first channel in the XML?

Yes, always the first channel of the XML should be the primary channel. If you need to change it afterwards, this can be done within the channel settings.
