Monitoring with Telemetry on Cisco 9800 WLC

Hi Team.
Since the Cisco 9800 WLC doesn't offer any MIB for "Client Count" and "Connected AP Count" we need to use Telemetry to monitor these values.
But i have no glue how PRTG can receive any Telemetry Data from the WLC 9800?
Can you help please?
