PRTG Core server service not auto running after recalculate

Hi Team, We have server PRTG running wind server 2016, running version 21.4.73.1656+. I want to ask why after recalculate service server PRTG Core not running auto so we must starting manual. Before upgrading we don't have the problem the auto start running well, on properties the startup type automatic. Thanks.

Hello,
If it doesn't start automatically with windows, please try setting the "Start Type" of the PRTG Service to "Automatic (Delayed Start)". This solved the issue in the cases we have seen with other customers.
