How cloud we find out where the alert Notification configured a P1 Critical SMPT alert? Few asset threshold configure a critical but unbale to fine the template where it was configured?

Hello there,

You may check the the "Notification Trigger" on the Root/Group/Device level where you can get what templates you have configured. Once you get the notification template from there please navigate to the "Setup > Account Settings > Notification Template" where you can change the setting accordingly. Let me know if it helps.
