Hi,
we want to monitor our 90 access points, but we don't need to see everyone on the board. So we would like to know, if it's possible to put all 90 AP's in one displayed device? All we want to be informed of, is, if the AP's are working and for that, we only need one Piece of the cake.
Thanks a lot, brilliant

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. Is it possible to create a device group and populate it with the IP addresses of the devices we want to monitor, or do we have to create each individual device first and then group them together?
Thank you in advance
Kind regards, brilliant

Hello,
with a device group where you enable auto-discovery, you have the option to paste a list of IPs or hostnames in order to have those devices checked. (In the linked page, Ctrl-F for "List of individual IP addresses and DNS names").

Hello,
do you want to summarize the status only? For this, please have a look at the Business Process Sensor. However, due to performance reasons, we recommend to summarize only up to 50 sensors.
An alternative would be to put all APs into the same device group. The device group always uses the worst status of any child item as its own status. Meaning, if the group is shown as down, one or more sensors in that group is down.
