SQL Server Locks Manager Error after PRTG upgrade

I have just upgraded PRTG to version 22.1.75.1594. After the restart I am getting an error on probe Sensor SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) Locks Manager. The error is:

"Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard" does not support LockRequestsPersec (Field), AverageWaitTimems (Field), NumberofDeadlocksPersec (Field)

I have tried restarting WMI on the 2016 server, restarting the PRTG server, and deleting and re-creating the probe with no success. This probe was working before the PRTG upgrade.

Was resolved when the 2016 Server was restarted
