i want to add a service (Remote Desktop Licensing) to monitoring from a server, but when i get a message after a while:

cant create the wmi service on device ....... TOctCheckWMIMetaBase.MetaWork: timeout while waiting in Workenter

does anyone know a solution?

Hi there, did you already checked whether the information are available via the WMI Tester: https://www.paessler.com/de/tools/wmitester

You can use this query:
SELECT * FROM Win32_Service
