Good night I would like to know if I can use an account without being root or administrator, to monitor sensors via ssh
example a su account, would it serve or some other type of account?

Hello Daniel,
Thank you for your message.
You can use the SSH sensors with a simple user account, configured within the parent device settings under "Credentials for Linux/Solaris/macOS (SSH/WBEM) Systems". However, the user account must have enough rights to get system information (such as CPU Load, disk, memory, etc.) otherwise they will return the corresponding error.
If that's the case, you have the possibility to use sudo (must be defined in the parent device settings) to get them to work.
Here is the corresponding manual if needed: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/device_settings#linuxconnection
If you have questions, do not hesitate.
Regards.
