If I click All Off in the Schedule creation window, the days and hours all turn Blue. If I hover over any of those, it will say "Mo On" or "0:00 On" but the checkboxes are all unchecked. In my mind, if a button goes from black to bright blue, and says "X On" that means that it has been turned on for all days or hours, instead of being able to choose the days the schedule runs. When I click "All Off" those buttons act like they're DESELECTED, not selected. I think my confusion is lying in the fact that a BLUE checkbox means active on Day X and time Y, but no checkbox means not active, whereas a BLUE hour box means not active but the alt text of the button says "on" instead of "off".

Hello there,
Thanks for your KB post.
The tooltips alt-text that appear whenever you mouse over to 'x On' are indeed to tell the user what happens if you click it. It's not telling the current status.
I think the boxes with tick/untick should give an overview of what's the status is.
We appreciate your input. I will feedback to my UI designer.
With kind regards,
