Hi guys. I had some crazy idea today and wanted to share this. We use Trello in our team for organization of dates, troubleshooting deadlines and etc. And i had an idea (if that is possible) to integrate the action of put some sensor on a Down status to Ack status, giving the sensor a deadline for troubleshooting it and automatically when i did that, it creates a Card on my Trello workspace already with the deadline date and the sensor Ack description. Maybe with some API integration on both it should be possible?
Can i somehow integrate Trello with PRTG?

Thank you for this idea. Getting these data should be possible via a notification template and checking for the message in the sensor. However I'm afraid it is not possible, since you can't configure a trigger notification on the status "Acknowledged". This means there is no trigger from PRTG which triggers any notification if the sensor is in this status.
I would like to invite you to create and format your feature request according to our KB article. This will help us to prioritize and keep on track.
