We use PRTG for monitoring several client infrastructure.

We need to integrate with our service desk application (Proactivanet) via webservices for automatic ticket generation. Which is the most efficient way to do this?

If you want to integrate a third party app/server with PRTG I would suggest to use the API. Here's more on that: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000041685-how-can-i-use-the-prtg-application-programming-interface-api

I believe this is the best option but really depends also in the 3rd party app.
