Pardon my ignorance, I am very new to this side of IT. I have recently installed and configured PRTG on my home laptop to monitor my home environment. The configuration at a high level is mainly out of the box. Would anyone be able to help guide me on how to get the mobile app to see my home PRTG environment.

I tried using the QR code but I receive error messages on my Android device. Thank you for your time and attention.

Sure, the mobile app sometimes could be tricky to operate.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure what kind of error you are getting while trying to access it.
