Enforce MFA setting

User story

As a PRTG user, I want to add and opt-in setting to Enforce MFA for all users of a PRTG tenant. Optional: Add an "MFA Enabled" column to the existing Users and Groups report (useful for tenants that dont have the above option enabled).
