how to do ? Filter syslog and part of messages

severity[0-3] AND NOT message[%CSE%] AND NOT message[%ECE%] AND NOT message[%EEE%]

like in sql 

Select * from Table1 where EmpPU NOT Like IN ('%CSE%', '%ECE%', '%EEE%')
