Feature Request: Multiple languages of webinterface at the same time

User Story

Our company has employees all over the world, we need to provide PRTG for them with more than one language at the same time.

Details of User Story

Our HQ language is German, but we would also need PRTG in English and Chinese at the same time.

Acceptance criteria

Webinterface language should be settable on a per user or group basis
