Can I create or add new report template ?
Instead of modifying existing template, I want to create a duplicate of the template.

Thank you for the post!

You can simply duplicate the corresponding .htm file and rename it accordingly. Afterwards, you can "Load Lookups and File Lists" in "Setup > System Administration > Administrative Tools" to load the new report.
