Please help mi with a migrate!

Good Morning! Next week I will buy a new server, but I need to migrate all my data base (my sensors and my devices) that are in my actually server to the new one. Can you said me if this could be agree? If it is, please help me actually I have the PRTG Network Monitor 13.4.6.3241 version installed to monitor in my company. If you can help me I will be very apologize with you.
