Dear all Trying to change a forgotten password and after receiving a mail with the token, I'm getting this message: "The password reset has failed!

The token was invalid. Please start the process anew."

Does anyone know what is the reason?

please let me know which PRTG version you are using? In addition, you can also use the in-build PRTG Administrator to login an change the password of another user.
