It would be beneficial if you could alert individual user accounts that there is a new version rather than restricting it to the admin account. We use Jira and require PRTG to raise an issue when it is due to be updated. However, we do not want these emails going to the admin account as we have a shared environment with the customer who is the admin.

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for the reply.
I am afraid this is not possible. One of the workarounds is to use the HTTP Advance to monitor the Auto-Update page (https://127.0.0.1/autoupdate.htm?tabid=1). You can put in the keyword you would like to monitor and when it appears, the sensor will trigger an alert to the relevant user.
With kind regards,
