Dear all In a new 21.4.73.1656+ PRTG Network Monitor deployment, a new user has been created with this Home Page URL settings: /group.htm?id=2036&tabid=1
Once connecting with this new user, It seems the browser can not decode properly the URL and getting this issue
PRTG Network Monitor has encountered a problem. Your last request could not be processed properly. Error URL: %2Fgroup.htm%3Fid%3D2036%26tabid%3D1%26
Does anyone tell me how to fix it? Thanks a lot

Hi there,
Did you check if the URL works if you enter it manually for this user? Please check if the default page (/welcome.htm) works. It could also be that your user can't access this group.
