I'm trying to integrate PRTG with my JIRA ticket tool, I made a notification template that runs a PowerShell script to open a ticket. When I run the script on windows it works correctly, but when I test the notifications config it doesn't open a ticket.

The sensor log shows that it ran an EXE file, could you help me?

If the issue persists afterwards, please test the notification again and send us a screenshot of "Logs > System Events > Notification Related" to support@paessler.com for further troubleshooting.
