Suggestion: Notification Templates list to show whether each template is in use

User story
In the list of Notification Templates, I'd like the "used by" icon to change color/shape, or disappear entirely, if a particular item isn't in use by at least one sensor. Altering the hover text accordingly would be helpful as well. This would help with a PRTG administrator's periodic cleanup efforts.
Acceptance criteria
- "used by" icon and hover text vary based on whether a Notification Template is in use by at least one sensor
