Create Alert based on http post response

Dear all, We are calling a resource with an http post methode - for the specific failure we receive a http code 200 with an special string in the response. Which kind of sensor is the right to choose? Because http code 200 will trigger an alert. So we need to analyse the response and create an alert based on this?
