Avoiding showing some tabs to some users

User story

As a PRTG user, I want to be able to manage users access for view the tabs on the groups / devices / sensors pages.

Details of user story

For example I want to avoid some users to access or see the below tabs on the groups / devices / sensors pages:
- Log
- Settings
- Notification Triggers
- Comments
- History

more detailed user management section
