SSL Certificate Sensor wrong certificate, SNI given

I configured the ssl certificate sensort as usual. The Server is behind a firewall we do not have fully control over it.
When I open the DNS name in my browser, the page appears and with the correct SSL certificate given.
But PRTG SSL certificate sensor check the Firewalls HTTPS certificate. It makes NO sense. I added a device and used the webpages DNS name as target, also I entered the virtuals hosts FQDN (SNI Domain) in the ssl certificate sensor. No difference.
How can that be fixed?
