SNMPv3 w/HP and Aruba Switches

I was curious if anyone here has successfully been able to use SNMPv3 with HP and Aruba Switches. I have looked through various articles here and also contacted support. The support team seem to be in awe that I asked the questions and could not help me. Therefore I have turned to anyone here who may have experience and would greatly appreciate your help. I am running these switches in a secure environment and need to use SNMPv3 instead of the other version. If you have used SNMPv3 would please help me with some step-by-step instructions on what to do?
