Thank you for your post.

I would recommend that you open a support ticket for this issue. You can do this from the PRTG web interface, by going to Setup>Contact Support. In the section "Support Bundle" please leave the recommended option selected, so that we get some log files along with your support query.

We've already opened a case and didn't get a proper solution for the same. Since we're facing the mentioned issue on daily basis in respected time stamps.
