We are getting many netflow "data dropped" tickets and alerts to our administrators email boxes.

How can this action be modified?

thank you very much for your KB-Post. It's not possible to disable the creation of the tickets, but you can disable that emails are sent: how to disable ticket notification by email?
Please also look into fixing the "ground cause" for those tickets, as it seem PRTG is facing too many Netflow packets, and can't compute them all in time:
