You can try using ASI filters (Autonomous System Identifier) in the Neftlow sensors.
For the list of all flow filters please see this article: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/xflow_packet_sniffer_filter_rules
However, this filter is not supported by all devices, so please first check if your target device supports it.
