ASN in channel definition using Netflow V9

Is there a way to create a channel, and define the destination AS number of the flow?

You can try using ASI filters (Autonomous System Identifier) in the Neftlow sensors.

For the list of all flow filters please see this article: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/xflow_packet_sniffer_filter_rules

However, this filter is not supported by all devices, so please first check if your target device supports it.
