There are two ways to do this. The first would be if that router supports something like flows. These protocols can break down traffic by the IP of the device and differentiate traffic.
The other way that you could do this is if the router supports SNMP you could set up a traffic sensor for each port that is in use and then name the port in PRTG according to which device is connected to that port.
