Hi there,

You can create new channels in the Packet Sniffer Sensor or any flow sensor, you can find the require syntax in this article. Filtering for the EtherType can separate IPv4 from IPv6.

Hi there,

What sensor type are you using, the SNMP Traffic Sensor by any chance? This sensor type cannot separate v4 from v6 traffic, the information is not available via SNMP. Just the total bandwidth on that interface is displayed. If you want to divide that traffic, you need to go for a flow sensor or packet sniffer sensor instead with the filters named in my first reply.

How exactly did you enter the filter rule? Could you please provide a screenshot of the complete sensor's settings page?
