Monitor Multiple Flow ports from one Switch/Router

We use Brocade/Foundry switches. We need to monitor more than one port using sFlow. How do I go about setting sFlow Probes to display each interface individually?

you could simply use several Slfow Sensors listening on the same port and so to the same sflow stream and then for each one of them use a different Interface-Filter (please be aware though, that the Interface[]-filter only works with numerical values).

Thanks. This is what I ended up doing. I first specified the IP address of of the sending router, then I added a filter for the interface (i.e. Interface [268]). That did it for me.
