Error sending "SMS": Number=XXXXXXXXXX, Message=HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

Hi, While using Customer URL based API for sending SMS I am getting the following error - Error sending "SMS": Number=XXXXXXXXXX, Message=HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

But when I am copy pasting the same URL via browser, SMS sending is successful. My API Url looks like - http://sms.ssdweb.in/api/sendhttp.php?authkey=XXX&country=91&mobiles=%SMSNUMBER&message=%SMSTEXT&sender=SHARKB&route=4&DLT_TE_ID=XX

Please suggest what could be the issue and how to troubleshoot.
