We're currently on version 18.2.39.1661+. Is there any way to change the color of acknowledged alarm from pink to lets say yellow or something?

There are some non critical devices that go up and down, we monitor them but would like their color to be something other than red, reserving red for only critical sensors. So, if you're looking at a map or tree view, the group/branch office doesnt show up red when we know only a non critical device is down and red.

Thanks.

No, sensor state colors cannot be changed. Please check our article regarding customizations.

I might be a little late but would love this feature too.

For the same reason, there are some devices less imporant and it is a little hard to differ between colors in my opinion.

Is there any update on this since June 2018?

Sorry, we're not supporting color changes for our states :(

I would also like this feature, its been something we have been wanting for years. The acknowledge color is too similar to the alarm color (because of this we just pause alarmed sensors instead of Acknowledged. Pausing can be dangerous.

Hi,

we see this feature is requested from time to time. Since you can customize PRTG with css, you can change the colors (see here). Please note we don't offer official support for this since this feature is deprecated. However the styles_custom_v2.css file where you set these changes shouldn't be modified in a PRTG update, however we cannot guarantee this.
