Can you create notifications from Syslog Receiver Sensor?

I am wanting to create email notifications form the messages tab of the Syslog Receiver. I do not see an option to do this and was wanting to know if it was possible?

Hi there,

You can send notification if a certain message is received via the "Warning Filter" or "Error Filter " option in the Sensor settings: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/syslog_receiver_sensor

In this case, the Sensor switches to the "Warning" or "Down" state and a notification can be trigger via the "State Trigger": https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/sensor_notifications_settings
