Down Sensors for Remote Users

We have Remote users which we monitor via PRTG via tunnels which come up and down on our router, when they go offline it turns our Graph red.

Is there a better way we can represent them going offline instead of showing as a down sensor?

Or is the only way showing as a auto down acknowledge?
