Make comments required for pausing a sensor

Is there any way without getting into the javascript and maintaining local changes to require a comment before allowing a user to click 'submit' when pausing a sensor or device?

Having this feature would make our reporting on paused devices far more useful.

At the moment it is not possible to change any setting so that it is required to enter a comment when pausing the sensor. If you want that this feature is implemented, I would kindly ask you to open a feature request.
