Syslog Receiver Cisco

Hello,

Wanted to ask if anyone know how to configure a router, to open the port as per PRTG (Listen on port 514) for syslog receiver on a cisco router 876. PRTG sees the simple Ping status Up/Down of the device, and also syslog receiver seems to be connected (Green).
