I have previously had the push notifications configured and it was tested using the Siren sound using both Iphone and Android phones. Everything worked fine during the testing. No changes were made to the system except for updates to the PRTG application.

Right now when the push notification is triggered the default IOS sound is played and not what's configured in the app.

I have tried installing the most recent update of the PRTG software and re-installed the app on the phone.

Anyone else have that issue or know how to resolve the issue?

App Notifications can be configured with different sounds.

Push Notifications use the global alert sound for your phone.
