Hi Folks, I created 2 templates and want to assign these template to the notification definitions. In my example there is one detailed template for internal use and one rude template with basic information for external use.

is there any way to define different mail templates for each user?

Are you trying to setup one email template for PRTG users, and another for all other users receiving emails from PRTG?

yes in that way :-) Scenario is, that the PRTG monitors a customer environment. I would like to send more information to me than to the customer.

You can, you just need to create them as Notification templates, and you can use the Custom Text email type.

Then you'll need to setup double notifications on your sensors and devices. One for internal and one for external.

Does this make sense?
